Our Story
Cini’s is a Boston-based business founded in 2019 by a fourth-generation North End Italian, Joe Spagnuolo. Our specialty is the arancini, a traditional Italian stuffed rice ball. However, we’ve put a unique spin on the classic recipe. Our version, which we affectionately call “cinis,” are bite-sized and bursting with flavor and filling.
We focus on delivering our high-quality Cinis directly to restaurants, bars, and other foodservices, providing a convenient and delicious option for businesses looking to elevate their menu.

We distribute our products through both our retail shop located near TD Garden, home of the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics, and through our wholesale distribution network that services New England, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.
